Jordan Romanoff portrait

Hi, I'm
Jordan Romanoff

I’m a designer based in Los Angeles, California, with a background spanning visual design, branding, and user experience. I began my career designing coffee table art books for Taschen and Aperture, where I developed a rigorous, classical foundation in typography and composition.

From there, I freelanced across a wide range of design challenges from logos and brand identities to digital advertising, social content, and outdoor campaigns. I worked with clients across industries including luxury automotive, travel, fashion, content creation, and live events, and spent a period teaching graphic design.

Over the past six years, I’ve focused my work on user experience and interface design, bringing that visual foundation into more complex, problem-driven contexts. Alongside honing my craft, I’ve built strong research and analysis skills, allowing me to approach design challenges with both intuition and structure. I’ve had the opportunity to do this work in agency environments at Nomad DV, El Dorado Group, and The Cannabis Marketing Agency, collaborating closely with teammates to design clear, scalable digital experiences.

Outside of work, I spend time shooting food and architecture on my Nikon FM, making music, and frequenting Los Angeles’s independent movie theaters. Below is a bit of what I’m talking about.
