Hi, I'm
Jordan Romanoff
I’m a designer from Los Angeles, California. Since 2012, I’ve worn a lot of hats in my professional life. I started off designing coffee table art books for Taschen and Aperture where I learned a rigorous, classical approach to typography. From there I freelanced, taking on any design challenge that came my way from logos and brand identities to digital advertisements and social content to outdoor advertising. Over that time, I worked for clients across spaces as diverse as luxury automotive, travel, content creation, fashion, and event production. I even spent some time teaching graphic design.
In the last four years, I’ve settled down and turned my full focus to user experience and interface design. While I had plenty of time to train my graphic skills in my previous work, I've taken care to build up my research and analysis abilities to match. I’ve had the opportunity to help a range of clients through my work first at Nomad DV and El Dorado Group.
When I’m not working, you can find me taking food and architectural photos with my Nikon FM, recording music broadcasts, and frequenting LA’s independent movie theaters. Here's a bit of what I'm talking about:
